Sandstone Ballast is used by stonemasons and landscapers to make walls and other landscaping features. They are rough cut in random square cut dimensions and have a mix of colours and sizes. This quarry run ballast is a mix of banded, buff and off white sandstone.
Our Sandstone Ballast is locally quarried and processed. Sandstone Ballast is cut at the quarry in rough dimensions. These are not a finished product and will need some stone working skills to install.
Sandstone Ballast has a rough split texture, ideal for low retaining or feature walls. The pieces of ballast are usually mortared together using a mix of sizes to make the wall strong and beautiful.
- Surface is rough sawn or split
- Comes in a mix of colours with with some banding
- Thickness is around 135mm
- Sydney deliveries can be done in 1-2 weeks
- Delivered to site by crane or forklift truck
- Each pallet contains 5m2
- No minimum order
